  • In January 2018, Dongdu HK purchased the 8th floor of China Insurance Building in Central as the starting point for Hong Kong's business development.
  • It is planned to deeply explore the real estate market in Southeast Asia by taking advantage of Hong Kong's geographical location as well as the Belt and Road strategic route to Southeast Asia.
  • With Hong Kong's Central as the investment core, it will invest in commercial properties in prime location with stable cash flow with great value increasing potential.

It is only two minutes’ walk from 1-8-7 Ginza Metro Station, so people can walk to the department stores in the Ginza Business District directly. The project covers a gross floor area of 1079 m2 with 9 floors above the ground and 1 basement. At present, DDI Japan has renamed this project as “VORT Ginza DDI” and reserved the 7F of the project as its headquarters office of DDI Japan.

Osaka Noninbashi project

The Osaka Noninbashi project was completed in February 2018. Located at 3-1-10 Noninbashi, Chuo-ku, Osaka, Japan, it enjoys convenient transportation and covers an area of 207.07 m2, with an overall floorage of 1,462.97 m2. Built with reinforced concrete, it has 14 floors above ground and a total of 22 households. As a Bed and Breakfast (B&B) project in Osaka, the operation of this project is currently managed by the company TAKUTO.

The Ginza SIX project was completed in January 2017. The whole building is a commercial complex facility, in which 1-6 floors are commercial facilities, 7-13 floors are office buildings, and a total of 6 floors are underground.
