DDI Group Won “Innovative Development Award” and “Social Responsibility Award” Issued by Shanghai Real Estate Chamber of Commerce
On March 26, 2019, the Annual Conference of Shanghai Real Estate Chamber of Commerce was held in Shanghai. Mr. LI Hailin, chairman of DDI Group, was invited to attend the conference. At the conference, the work of the chamber in 2018 was summarized and key emphasis in work in 2019 was specified. Mr. LI Hailin, on behalf of the chamber, also presented the 2018 Financial Auditing Report of the chamber.

At the awarding session, a series of awards were issued by Shanghai Real Estate Chamber of Commerce to commend the outstanding achievements of its member units in the industry. By virtue of its continuous innovation complying with the industry change and its high sense of social responsibility, DDI Group was granted the “Innovative Development Award” and “Social Responsibility Award”. At the conference, through open voting, DDI Group was elected as the vice-president unit of Shanghai Real Estate Chamber of Commerce and the chairman of DDI Group Mr. LI Hailin was elected as the vice president of the First Council of Shanghai Real Estate Chamber of Commerce.

With an industry history of more than 30 years, DDI owns solid foundation and dominant position. The development history of DDI is not only a history of DDI people’s continuous efforts, but also a history of strategic evolution. DDI was founded in 1989 in Shenzhen and entered Shanghai in 2002. At the initial period of founding, in order to realize the dream of contemporary young people to improve themselves through residential communities, DDI focused on the R&D of residential products for the young people, and developed multiple series of international youth community products according to the personalized demands of young people.

Sidelight of club activity
While promoting the development of the industry, DDI has been actively fulfilling its corporate social responsibility, paying attention to environmental protection, supporting education, serving the community, building a harmonious relationship between enterprise and local governments, and sharing its own development with employees, communities and partners. In 2018, DDI was invited to attend the donation ceremony of “Chunhui” Special Fund. This year marks the fourth consecutive year for DDI Group to support this public welfare activity. DDI Zhejiang regional company sponsored the 2018 Jiulong Lake (Ningbo) International Half Marathon. DDI also joined hands with SEE to help with the Porpoise Steward Thousand People Program and joined hands with 249 internet users to have donated 60,223.62 yuan for the Porpoise Baby. DDI also successively funded China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), East China Normal University (ECNU) and Civil Engineering School of Tongji University (TJU), and respectively set up special scholarships such as “DDI• STCC Scholarship” and “DDI (Law) Educational Fund” to promote the development of domestic education.
Mr. LI Hailin, chairman of DDI Group, has always insisted that “entrepreneurs cannot be profit-oriented pursuers” and the sense of mission surging in his heart has urged him to help more people in need. Mr. LI Hailin always stays true to the mission and integrates “family, dream and life” into the management and operation of the company. In his opinion, it is the honor and glory for DDI to shoulder the social responsibility and make more people share the social wealth created by DDI.
The winning of these two awards demonstrates the industry’s affirmation to DDI’s strength and prospect.
