Qian Chengxiang, CPPCC Chairman of Putuo District, Shanghai, Is Welcome to Visit DDI Group for Inspection and Guidance

Qian Chengxiang, CPPCC Chairman of Putuo District and his party came to visit DDI Group on 21th Feb., 2019. Pu Furu, President of the Group, Li Xiurong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group and other leaders warmly welcomed the Putuo District Delegation.

Firstly, during the conference, Chairman Qian Chengxiang gave a brief introduction regarding the development target of Putuo District. When it comes to Shanghai Jiefang Culture Communication Co., Ltd. under DDI Group, he pointed out that cultural and creative industries have been the major projects for the development of Putuo District in recent years, the government of which had strongly supported the integrated development between cultural and creative industries and scientific and technological industry, modern commerce industry and modern service industry, and encouraged enterprises to expand and enhance themselves in a more refined and professional manner in terms of cultural and creative industries. And he hoped DDI Group would enter into more cooperation with the government in the future and give play to the advantages of DDI Group, so as to take root in Putuo District and make greater contributions to it.

Later, President Pu delivered a brief report on the business development situation of DDI Group to the government leaders. President Pu stated the Group’s strategy of developing at a steady pace, and the Group’s business has expanded from real estate development & management to club services, pension industry, business administration, global investment, financial investment and so on. DDI Group has established close cooperation relationship with many leading enterprises in the cultural industry, such as cooperating with Beijing Film Academy (BFA) to establish BFA&DDI company, in order to add cultural genes to the blood of DDI and assist the development of DDI Group in the cultural industry by taking advantage of BFA, a world leading cultural brand. Internationally, DDI positively expanded global investment, entering markets in America, Canada, Japan and so on. Currently, DDI’s innovative business mode of “residence+club+business” is now devoting itself to bringing international beautiful live style to more social groups. Afterwards, President Pu and Secretary Li Xiurong discussed the problems encountered during the transformation with the Delegation.

After listening to the development history and current situation of DDI, Chairman Qian Chengxiang placed great expectations on the future of DDI, and hoped that the Group would pay more attention to the development and orientation of Putuo District, so as to assist with each other in promoting the development and construction of regional economy.
