Mr.Marvin Li, graduated from CEIBS with an EMBA degree in 2004 and is now pursuing a DBA at SAIF-CFU of Shanghai Jiaotong University.

With a profound industry influence, many of his theories, such as "Counter-cycle theory of real estate" and “Delicacy property Management under Macro- Control” have been highly valued by academic institutions and industry.

Following the pace of China’s economic development, Mr. Marvin Li has led the Dongdu International to make continuous innovation, transforming from a promoter of innovation in youth settlements to an advocator, provider and leader of the international lifestyle for the middle classes. “Home is the foundation of the world”.
